I have not been a 'model' for long and this definitely does not come naturally to me! I am a shy person 🙈! Like anything in life, the more you do it the better you get. I look back on some of my first photo shoots where I was super awkward to now my recents ones and see how much I have improved! You learn your angles, how to pose to manipulate your body, facial expressions, and then to build up your confidence in front of the camera! So many girls are doing photoshoots these days which is amazing to see! 🙏🏼 -
Confidence is sexy and there is nothing wrong with showing off your body and having amazing photos to remember it by! 😍✨

115kg/253lbs x3 paused low bar squat ⚡️ This felt gooooood! Feeling STRONG…couldn’t help but smile at the end! 🙊
This session was:
A1) 8x 3 paused low bar squat (top 3 sets at 115kg)
A2) Lying leg curl 8x 5
B1) Front foot elevated split squat 4x 10
B2) Pendulum squat 4x 15
I’m working really hard to bring back my strength. I am now doing 2x heavy lower body sessions per week. 1x squat focus & 1x deadlift focus. Let’s see what I can do 😈

I’m making a big effort to really ensure my glutes are activated for my workouts. If you girls struggle to feel your glutes working, I recommend give this circuit a go before you jump into your next session. Let me know if it helps!!! 🍑💕

DEADLIFTS ARE BACK 👏🏼 Today these felt gooooood - 100kg/220lb 3x5. I’ve still got some work to do with technique and building back up my base strength with deadlifts, but this is a start & I’m excited to get stronger.💪🏼
‼️Why sumo? The wide stance transfers loading to the glutes and quads slightly more than during the conventional, which also decreases the strain on lower back. They are great if you are looking to develop posterior chain mass and strength!
Personally I much prefer & am stronger with conventional deadlifts as I am very tight through my glutes & hips so sumo is a little uncomfortable. I’m working on my weaknesses though to turn them into strengths!! 🏆

☠️SHOULDERS☠️ Who else loves training shoulders? 🙋🏼‍♀️Give this tri-set a go on your next upper body day! I was sore for days! 🔥
1️⃣REAR DELT FLYE MACHINE DROP SETS: Target your rear delts. I did 10 heavy then dropped then weight for another 10 reps. It’s a smaller muscle so make sure your mind muscle connection is on point!! 4 x 10/10
2️⃣ARNOLD PRESS: My favourite exercise for shoulders as it hits front, medial & rear delt. 4x 10-12
3️⃣SINGLE ARM KB FRONT RAISE: Targets front of shoulders. Using Kettle Bell is a variation to hit the muscle differently as it distributes the load differently than using DB or BB. Make sure your reps are slow & controlled to avoid using any swing or momentum. 4x 10-12
