My recent strength programs have concentrated a lot on high bar and paused squats. Why? ➑️High bar because it will strengthen and develop my quads which are a weak point for me. Paused squats because it helps to build strength out of the bottom of the squat. The pause gives the legs greater time under tension and increases muscular recruitment. πŸ’ͺ🏼

Shoulder KILLLLER πŸ”₯😡 Tag a friend! πŸ™‹πŸΌI love shoulder day...I wish I could train shoulders more….they grow way to fast compared to my lower body 😭
Exercise 1: My favourite!! It’s basically a hammer curl into a lateral raise and then extended to a full lateral. Delts will be on fireeeee! πŸ”₯ 3x 10 reps!! Exercise 2: Hits front delt! 3x12-15 reps superset with Exercise 3: High rep burner for shoulders and bis! Bicep curl into a press! 3x 30 reps! πŸ’•
