#transformationtuesday 40 (and a half) weeks vs 4 (and a half) months -35 lbs
Lol - My face says it all in the pic on the left. Dang, that’s a big ‘ol belly!!! About 2 months post baby I hit a plateau in my #postpartumweightloss journey. 5 weeks ago, the studio I work at @browndogyoga put together a “little black dress challenge”. I didn’t really know what I was signing up for, but decided what the heck and gave it a go. The 5-week program told me what to buy at the grocery store, how to prepare and cook each meal or snack, how much I should be eating, kept me accountable, and I shared this journey with many other amazing women who inspired me daily. I now know how to eat to make my body and mind happy and healthy... I also lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks. I am still not at my pre-pregnancy weight, but I don’t really care what the scale says now... I really just care about how I feel.
