What a weekend - Listening to Paul Kelly sing my favorite songs. Picking baby names for my best mates. Eating amazing food. Appreciating the land of the Yorta Yorta - some of the most beautiful country there is. Great to be home.
Final sunset of my Balinese yoga adventures. What a whirlwind - what an awesome bunch of women to spend a month with. Absolutely spent. Can't wait to be home.
Sun is shining in Lembongan on our last day of Yoga Teacher Training. Written exam is done. Sequencing tasks have been submitted. Last thing to tick off is our official Practical exam - taking a 90 minute public class. I've had a couple of practice runs so feeling ready to get over this final hurdle. In our last official class this morning my randomly selected intention stone had a picture of Ganesha - the remover of obstacles - on it. I think it's a good sign. I've definitely needed a little help on this front over the last 30 days. #yoga #ytt #balilife
Last week of #YTT . This week we'll create 4 yoga class sequences, teach one of them to a class of people we don't know, and sit a 2 hour theory exam. What a ride...h
Day 16 of YTT on Nusa Lembongan. Last week we did 15 yoga classes, 3 crazy meditations, stacks of study. Today we've got our second exam and our first mini teaching test. Half way... love hanging out with a bunch of awesome ladies. Working hard.h
Waking up in Ubud for day 8 of YTT with @serenityyogalembongan. 4 classes at @theyogabarn and our first exam on the schedule today. Then browsing around Ubud and some more delicious food. Tough life.
Finishing off our first week of yoga teacher training with an amazing Lembongan sunset and (let's be honest) probably a massive seafood feast.
