Pushing yourself day after day can prove to be a challenge. When you have your friends to help push you, the work becomes a lot easier 😱

My push days have consisted of a lot of incline presses and flys. Really trying to build the shelf up 🤪


Eating in a surplus, also known as “bulking,” allows one to add mass to their frame. However, it will inevitably result in fat gain. It happens, nothing we can do about it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Can’t wait to get lean again, but I’m enjoying every minute of the gains 🤪

It’s hump day!! We’re half way through the week, and I encourage you to finish it strong. 💪🏼

Learn to embrace the grind of the week. It’s easy to worship the weekend, but the weekend is only 2 days out of the week... what are you doing with the rest? ⏰🤔

Instead of living to party (nothing wrong with partying once in a while 😝) on the weekend, live for progress. Live for the grind. Besides, the weekend will always feel better if you’ve made accomplishments throughout the week. 🧠🗣


Put yourself around people with common goals/interests. Ultimately, you become the sum of the people you put yourself around. 🧠💭

Carbs are stored as glycogen inside our muscles. When we exert physical effort, our body uses the glycogen storage for energy. Along with the glycogen, a small amount of water is also stored. This will make your muscles look far more full and large inside, and outside the gym 💪🏼🧠
