Fine dining at 35,000 feet in @CathayPacific first class.✈️🍴
To us, the journey over to Hong Kong is always incredibly important. It's a 15.5-hour flight. We mostly fly Cathay Pacific which was our home airline when we lived in Hong Kong. I like the familiarity of the experience. I know what to expect onboard, they serve local favorites we don't often eat at home and in premium classes, it's really more like fine dining (in first there is room to eat together in the same suite). Plus, I bundle this airline in with all of the reasons why I love Hong Kong.
The slideshow gives you a sampling of what we ate from our first meal (breakfast) to the last (dinner) including my favorite Krug champagne and caviar course, beef tenderloin, dim sum and more. Because you really can eat well on a plane! It is always truly a privilege and a pleasure to fly with them, something I've been doing for nearly 15 years consistently now.
This is a busy, long trip but I will do my best to showcase why HK one of the greatest cities in the world.🇭🇰
