*warning: long complaining post ahead!*
My coworkers and I wanted to go to Brazwells for lunch today. It's close to work, so we thought we'd be in and out and i really like their food so I was excited. We walked in at 12, and ordered food. I specifically ordered a black bean burger and requested it to be vegetarian because I cannot eat meat. It comes out with bacon on it, 45 minutes later. (There were maybe 15-20 people max in the restaurant). The waitress offers to remake it although I said we needed to be back at the office by 1 and she assures me it will come out quickly. She doesn't offer to take it off my bill although now I will have to go back to my office and eat a cold burger. That's fine, I understand I received what I asked for.
Instead, I get the remade burger and go back to work (10 minutes late thanks to the fact we had to wait for the burger to be remade). I open the box, and this is what I see. the black beans are half cooked and it looked like they just dumped them next to the bun instead of on it. I'm unable to eat the meal I paid 12 dollars for.
I don't ask for much, just maybe the food I ordered in a timely manner. Or, if you're remaking the meal that you messed up, maybe don't half cook it? Or, don't charge me for something that I'm not going to be able to eat.
