4th month of training is about as they said and I quote "Muscle is built in the kitchen. You simply cannot out train a bad diet, no matter how much work you do." I've managed to drop 1 kg. of body fat mass by watching my fat intake and still keeping up the pace with weight training 3 days a week and cardio 4-5 days a week.
Other than HIIT and treadmill, I have recently incorporated Rowing into my routine and Tom Zanetti has been my best pal during cardio for the past several days. I must have added significant amount of viewers to his youtube channel by now.
