Here's a great alternative if you don't have a belt squat machine. An actual machine will probably let you train your legs harder but this variation will win you the stability trophy.

Belt squats today (4x10) because I want all the quads and glutes. These are awesome to get more volume in without loading the axial skeleton. Setting up for them can be a nightmare and leads to lots of awkward duck waddling into position, but such is life. Quack quack.

Another Day at the office. I’ve been pulling conventional. Today I decided to pull sumo.... 495lbs for my top single today.
