The middle is when I was really enjoying my cycling, but im my mind I was majorly underweight! I had just started training but my diet was never any better ...08/02/2016
On the right is today! 07/06/2017... appear to be cruising at 92kg, still feel skinny... but will work on that 💪💪💪 diet is better but still has plenty of room for improvement!
Next target... thinking of maybe maintaining the weight but trying to lose some of this extra fat, and reveal the good bits! (Just bigger than beforw😎)... Every day I wish my long term goals could come tomorrow or next week... still a kid at heart & I want those goals NOW, but need to keep focused and keep loving every day!
