My professor gave us interesting perspectives on stress and anxiety. He presented 6 relaxation principles that I really love⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Do the best you can under your present circumstances.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Do not burn away energy obsessing about past failures/successes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Fight your ignorance, laziness and inaction.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Do not have excessive attachment to results.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Embrace supportive friends and pray your enemies have peace. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Try to maintain a healthy body, calm mind, sharp intellect and noble spirit.
