Final day is King Pigeon pose
.
We hope that for the past 6 days after all the poses we did to stretch and open up all the areas needed in king pigeon pose will help you to get into today’s pose. It’s not necessarily to be the perfect one, the aim is to help with the king pigeon journey and if you feel very comfortable in this pose play around with some variations!😊
.
Here I’m flowing for all the poses we did from day 1 to today. From stretching up the spine, shoulders, quadriceps, opening the hips and finally to our peak pose king pigeon. .
Because this is a short challenge and we want varieties on the poses so maybe some of you need more for shoulders stretching etc. you can always add in poses into your personal practice. #RoadToKingPigeon Day 6 is wheel pose.
Our second last day of this challenge and our last preparation pose before we are going for the king pigeon pose. Wheel pose is a great way to improve your backbends as it increases the flexibility in the spine. Also this pose activates nearly every muscles in your entire body so it’s a good final prep pose for tomorrow. Try to repeat from day 1-6 so your body is fully warmed up and opens up all the areas needed for our king pigeon pose tomorrow. Can’t wait to see your beautiful wheel and do check with my co-hosts for variations and inspirations❤️

#RoadToKingPigeon Day 5 is Low lunge.
Low lunge works both on opening the chest and hips which will help to prepare for king Pigeon pose later. I love low lunge and currently working on the foot grab either using a wall or a strap, here I’m using my @narabellabrand strap for help. Feel free to do any variations that suits to your practice. Hope everyone had fun so far and can’t wait to see your beautiful low lunge😊❤️
