“It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for - and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing. It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool - for love - for your dreams - for the adventure of being alive.” #oriahmountaindreamer 💜

Best decision I’ve made was putting comfy patio furniture + grass on my balcony and coming out to enjoy this beautiful sunset every day from @amli3464 😍💜 #amlioutdoors @amliapts

New hair who dis 🦄💜

Spent that last 4 weeks with some amazing people 😍
@drcarrierose & @lechonkirb visited for a 4-day Intensive with me to scale their business 🔥
@gabeme7 had a friend come to visit after having been Xbox friends for like 6 years 😱
@theaveryford visited for the 3rd or 4th time (he practically lives here) 😜We ate a ton of sweets and tried eye masks that apparently had 24K gold (not sure if they made a difference for me lol)
My heart is SO full of love and connection - and I want more! 😍
So this week, I’ve spent a ton of time making new friends and chatting with followers. There’s so many of you I haven’t spoken to yet though!
Introduce yourself below in the comments or message me and let’s start some new friendships 💜

For a long time in my life, I hid parts of myself because I was worried of what others would think of me.
Now, I care more about what the truth is than what others will think of me when I adhere to it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And I’ve never felt more free 💜
Here’s a good practice for this...
Every day I ask myself: “What am I leaving unexpressed or hidden?”
Or “Where in my life / business have I turned my back on MY truth?”
Then I take action on what I wrote down 🔥
Try it out. What can you do right now that you’ve been too scared to do?

Every day I’m grateful to have this man as my partner in life & love 💜
Tag your partners (life, business, or both) and let them know you appreciate them 😍🙏

If you’re setting up systems with perfection in mind, you’re going to be thoroughly disappointed.
I’m nowhere near perfect… which apparently surprises people 🤔
✔️ I’m constantly late, even when I try to be on time (cuban time)
✔️ I lose my phone around the house
✔️ I wake up later than most of my friends and go to sleep pretty late too
✔️ I’ve cried probably every day this week, for little to no reason at all lol (#emotions)
✔️ I forget to change out of pjs in the morning
✔️ I never know what day of the week it is, or even what month or year it is usually
But there are 3 things that I do consistently, with the help of systems:
💜 I TAKE CARE OF ME: I have about 2-3 different morning routine systems I can use depending on how I feel, but I always take care of myself.
💜 I TAKE CARE OF MY CLIENTS: No matter what’s going on, my clients are taken care of. Either by me, my team, or a system I have set up.
💜 I ACT WITH INTEGRITY: I do what I say I’m going to do. Integrity and honesty are my highest values, and I have the systems set up to be sure that I don’t forget shit, I have time to do the things I promise, and I have open channels of communication with the people in my life.
Other than those 3 things, I’m 100% imperfect and that is why I continue to set up systems every day to help me grow and succeed, in business and in life.
I set up systems around MY imperfections.
Here’s the truth…
I break rules. I rebel. I hate rigidity. I don’t like feeling constricted.
And most people think that’s the definition of systems ^
✋ Read This:
Systems let you be exactly who you are.
Systems ENHANCE who you are and how you run your business.
Systems USE your imperfections in the process to create something beneficial (I’ll be diving deeper into this later)
Systems don’t make mistakes so that YOU can make mistakes without consequence (if set up correctly).
🔥 Systems. Give. You. Freedom.
Get that in your systems and you’ll be good to go :)

I’ve worked behind the scenes with million dollar companies, both online and offline, for over 6 years.
And I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed...
There are very few business owners that run their company with integrity.
The ones who do... Reap the rewards and are able to scale easily & quickly with my systems + operations work.
The ones who don’t...
Well... No amount of systems & processes can fix lack of integrity. 🤷‍♀️ In fact, systems illuminate lack of integrity where it’s currently being ignored.
I’ve seen it happen time and time again...
Integrity always wins. 🙌

I’m sitting at my gate in Miami Airport after a *fun* security line & I feel like writing them a memo: “7 TIPS TO IMPROVE AIRPORT SECURITY WITH SYSTEMS”

1️⃣ NOT SURE IF YOU NEED SYSTEMS? Here’s an easy way to find out. If the security line is consistently backed up for reasons inside your control - like slow staff or clueless travelers... you probably need better systems ;)
2️⃣ SERVICE STARTS WITH YOUR STAFF. If your employees don’t want to work there, they don’t do their job, or they just don’t know how... Why are they still employed?
3️⃣ SYSTEMS START WITH THE TOOLS YOU USE. Here’s the biggest issue with this airport... they had a machine that worked great. They decided to replace it (without testing), thinking it would work better. DON’T fix what’s not broken.
4️⃣ PROCESS MAKES THE MACHINE WORK. The machine wasn’t broken, the process was. Now there’s a new bag check machine that slows everyone down & adds extra staff for no reason. With the right tools + the right process, you have an efficiency goldmine. How could this airport have made their processes better?
5️⃣ EDUCATE YOUR CUSTOMERS ON THE PROCESS. Don’t let first time travelers get to the body scan machine before asking them to take off their shoes. That education needs to start right at the beginning of the line, all the way through the security process.
6️⃣ GIVE STAFF CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES. I literally just sat & watched as two employees fought over who was responsible for manually checking someone’s bag... Obviously the person who was waiting for the bag was livid. The employees finally decided they would both check the bag 🤦‍♀️
7️⃣ BE PROACTIVE VS REACTIVE. It’s easy to spot patterns in the process. I can point out the new travelers and predict who’s going to forget to take off their shoes. I travel a lot & know this, so imagine working there every day. Be proactive in noticing patterns and breaks in the system, so that better processes, education & staff can be put into place.
Systems are everywhere, and most of the time it’s a hit or miss with these systems... at the expense of the customer 😩

What do you think? Tell me about your airport experience in the comments 👇

I’ve never fit in.
I literally can’t remember a time in my life where I could say “I was just like the others”
And still can’t say that, to this day.
I’ve tried to put myself into the box called “normal”
And it sucked. Like, really sucked.
I’m a college drop out. I’d prefer to learn online at my own pace.
I’m an entrepreneur. I find corporate jobs boring after I’ve mastered them (usually within 3 months).
I’m polyamorous. It just works better for me and my relationships.
And I’m PROUD of it all.
When I finally stopped shaming myself for being different,
I embraced exactly who I am,
And ended up finding a community that loves me
Just the way I am.
Plus, it’s also made me the most neutral, open-minded person you’ll ever meet lol (seriously, try me ;) )
To those that don’t agree with the way I am… k bye ✌️
For those that accept my quirks and stick around… you rock 🙌

I have spent all of my life
Conforming and compromising
Doing what others tell me to do
Doing what I know goes against what I desire
Because I wanted to make others happy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
News flash - it was never good enough,
And it especially made me miserable. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I still deal with it to this day as I run my business. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve followed advice that felt out of integrity
I’ve allowed others to take credit for my hard work
I have moved mountains for people that would barely move pebbles for me
And I have bent over backwards and watered myself down to appease people. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s a daily practice for me to wake up and say “no more”
And today I decided to share it with you.
So that you can join me in this practice. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because I know I’m not the only one that needs to hear this today.
I see you hiding. I feel you shrinking. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Say it with me...
No. More. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No more being quiet.
No more hiding out.
No more changing who I am
Or silencing my true self
Just to make others feel better. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I stand my ground.
Others will move around me or not at all.
I choose what I will do with my life,
And I don’t care if it makes others feel intimidated
Or if they call me crazy & say it’s impossible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I say what goes.
Not them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No more apologizing for being who I am.
No more guilt when I want something.
And no more “it’s okay” when I ask for what I want and don’t get it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fuck that. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I get what I want. When I want it.
Not when others want it for me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I choose to be in my power, every day.
And I will say “fuck off” to those who don’t like it.
Because I AM powerful,
And YOU are powerful,
And this is what WE deserve. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now it’s time to go out and act like it 💪

I let my voice be silenced.
I let my truth go unexpressed.
I let others dictate what I should say.

And to you, I apologize.

Because I realized that by staying quiet,
I’ve let others speak up for both of us.
Especially those that don’t align with what we value…

This stops today.

I’m back and louder than before
And the fire has been lit. 🔥💜
