After snowboarding for the past 2 days I had to take a break and hit the gym to train some shoulders. These are two fantastic movements to build well rounded shoulders. However, if you do not preform them correctly you can experience shoulder pain. Be sure to keep your chest up 👆🏽

Took a few gnarly wipe outs and also had a few decent runs. 😅 Since you guys seemed to find my fails entertaining I will be uploading them all to my YouTube channel so stick around for that! xx

I am literally speechless. The whole car ride up here all I could keep saying was “What the heck it’s so beautiful here.” 😱😭 Going to be enjoying EVERY moment of this trip.

YOU GUYS. I am so happy to say I finished my E-Book/Guide. I wrote this to help college students (mainly) because I know the struggle of wanting to have the help, but not being able to afford it. I named it “The Dreaded Freshman 15”. So problem solved. I wrote this Guide focusing on how to live a healthy college experience, it has loads of information, a few recipes, and a free week of training.

My goal is to launch this thing Monday, so until then I will be finding a way to sell this to you guys. (BTW, it’s gonna be very affordable)
