•Organic coconut oil - 2 tbsp • Celeriac - 500g roughly diced
• Garlic - 1 clove • Fresh ginger - 1 tsp • Red chilli - 1/4 chopped • Turmeric - 1 tsp • Organic veg stock cube - 1 • Filtered water - 1 litre ⭐️Method⭐️ In a medium sized pan add the coconut oil & heat, add the celeriac & a pinch of salt - cook on a medium / high heat for 10 minutes continually stirring - add all spices then water & veg stock - cook / boil for 20 mins, blitz in Nutri bullet, season & serve. ⭐️Pumpkin seed pesto⭐️ • Toast a handful of pumpkin seeds on a medium heat with a couple of tbsp of olive oil, allow to cool, blitz until course season with salt & lemon zest.
