The strugle is real, as an endomorph the fat is hard to burn of. Lost a good amount last year on the keto diet, but i like my carbs so back on track with a "low" carb diet but not keto.

First fasted workout on 22 hour fast. Doing a 20/4 plan with 1-2 meals. Seeing great results after just 1 week.
