Finishing off a nice controlled shoulder workout with 6 x 25 metre farmer's walks with dumbbells @ 22.5 kg #preppingfornextadventureinlife

First session on working on that core strength! Very embarrassing that I've let this go and no wonder I've been having lower back problems. Not ashamed to go right back and work on the foundations. Boy did I sweat! Another headache afterwards 😫 but worked it out of the system with a relaxing 3km row. #coregoals #sixpackiamcomingforyou @loriannts #hadtotagthept!

Holy crap! How I feel after PT session number 2 😝 massive headache again, can't wait for that to go away. Quick session, heart rate up high. Too bad about my damned back. Got to stop going so heavy in weight sessions and straining my damn back. Will revisit this particular workout and finish it stronger!

Finally bought myself another skipping rope. Love interval skipping. 40 seconds on, 20 off for 10 rounds then rest 1 minute. Do that 4 times round, shouldn't take more than 45 minutes and crap my heart rate was up for the duration #notbadforfirstsessionback #alreadybrokemyskippingrope

Post #1 Thursday July 7 2016. To keep me accountable. High intensity workouts are hard 4 kilograms heavier and after not undertaking a proper cardio program for at least 6 months! Pulling my finger out and working on my fitness, rather than smashing the weights. I've added HIIT sessions on the treadmill and looking to do at least 1 high intensity PT session to mix things up. Won't lie - pretty disappointed with how much I let myself go. Got to shed the extra weight - don't want to feel like I did tonight during and after the workout! Thanks @loriannts πŸ˜πŸ€•
