except with a Sandbell and instead of having 2 captains on both ends, both teams had to hit the cones just so every player could have a run!

I love how motivated these ladies are. They engaged me to coach them within a small group, and I'm pretty sure they have reaped the benefits from a small, focused group workouts.
Within a small group, I was able to share a lot more personal training and nutrition tips.

It may not be easy to wake early for a workout, but with motivating friends around you.. everything gets easier!

Sometimes my client would grumble when it's leg day...but when it comes to FOOD, she'll have no problem executing the most perfect squat even I envy!

We kept the momentum going despite the rainy season.
