Woot wootπŸ™ŒπŸ». Second day I got up at 5 and didn't hit snooze! This has been a huge problem for me. Listen...I'm not a morning person at all BUT it's so nice to get my workout done in the morningβ˜€οΈ. I wake up, drink my energize and get it done before my mind can get working and make up excuses why I shouldn't do it haha πŸ˜‚ It's a great way to start the day and I don't have to think about it all day!! πŸ’₯Transformation Tuesday!πŸ’₯ Ok so the girl on the left used to sit on the couch and WATCH workout videos! Seriously I would watch the whole video and think "I should be getting up and doing this", "maybe if I buy the whole series I will get up and do it", "ya that looks to hard" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. No joke! And if I did purchase any I would do a couple of workouts and fizzle out!
The girl on the right has made fitness a part of her daily routine. I feel weird NOT doing it! I no longer sit on the couch "watching" workouts. I actually get up and do them!!πŸ‘ŠπŸ» It wasn't until I joined my first challenge group and had support and accountability that I actually succeeded at an entire program! We all need support no matter what we are doing, right? πŸ’—

Now I get to pay it forward and do the same for others! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ». I'm so blessed to have had that opportunity.

When I became a health and fitness coach I never realized how it would change me physically AND emotionally. I never focused on ME! I was always worried about other people and what they thought of me. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ I was introduced to personal development...books, podcasts, etc. on how to work on my weaknesses and build on my strengths. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» I have grown so much and am super grateful for this opportunity!
Today I listened to a podcast about focusing on the positive. Ask yourself these questions:
1. Do you generally spend your time focusing on things that you have or things that you don’t have?
2. Do you focus on what good qualities you exemplify or how you are not good enough by comparing yourself to others?
3. Are you focused on the past or are you focused on the future?

Here is what I want you to do:
Make a list of ten things that you can be grateful for and every morning read this list. This will allow you to start your day with gratitude. Gratitude in many ways is the gateway drug to motivation. πŸ’—

There have been many times I've gotten negative comments about working out too much, not eating enough, etc. And that's ok πŸ‘ŒπŸ»! I'm doing this for me and if you don't understand...no worries!
