CIRCUIT TIME🔥🙌🏼 I absolutely love ending my workouts with an all around body circuit! Circuits are a great way to build muscle while burning fat!! GO and give this a try!!
Aim for 4 rounds x 10-12 reps each!! Rest about 30-60 secs between rounds… have fun!! #bnbweek3circuit

Here’s a simple and delicious smoothie to start your Monday morning!
Here’s what you’ll need(swipe):
▸ 1 cup of spinach—> fun fact: did you know that spinach can help prevent the risk of esophageal, stomach, ovarian, and prostrate cancer?
▸ 1 banana (I freeze mine) 🍌
▸ 1/4 cup of oatmeal
▸ 1 tsp of chia, flax, or hemp seeds (or use all three!)
▸ 1 scoop of protein (I used @optimumnutrition Gold Standard vanilla protein)
Add ice, a cup of milk (your choice), blend it all up, and enjoy 🌱☀️

Not only is this smoothie super quick to make but it’s also great to 🔹boost your energy 🔹boost your metabolism 🔹 improve digestion and🔹promote healthy skin.
