Finishing up this incredible month of with the ASICS Gel Lyte from 1994. This was the sixth silhouette of the Gel Lyte series in the 90's, offering a fit sleeve for comfort and using only one Gel unit in the rear. @asicstiger please bring these back! To keep on with he #31daysofvintage here's the ASICS Tiger RX from 1984. This is one of my favorite Vintage pairs in my collection, I kust love the combination of the Grey and Silver and the Materials are on point. If anyone has any infos on that Patent Nr. on the midsole, please let me know.
Here's a look at the Gel Lyte II in a Womens White/Pink/Teal colorway, which was released in 1989. The Gel Lyte II was the upgraded version of Gel Lyte I, which introduced as the start of the Gel Lyte series to the market in 1987. Featuring the innovative Gel Technology, that is still used on most of ASICS Tiger footwear products. #31daysofvintage
