It’s not always easy, and it’s not always quick, but it is 100% ALWAYS worth it. If I could give anyone who is just starting out/still thinking about starting, some advice, it would be this: Spend a lot of time looking at before and after pictures- they are so motivational. Do not compare the speed of your weight loss to anyone else, only focus on your own progress and TRUST 👏🏼 THE 👏🏼 PROCESS 👏🏼. Do not cheat. You will fall right off the wagon, and it’s a lot harder to get back on than you think it is. Take pictures. Celebrate every milestone. I was just as happy to see 165 as I was to see 144. Decide what works for you- if you want to do strict keto, lazy keto, dirty keto, they all work. If you want to weigh yourself twice a day, or throw out your scale- do what YOU want to do and don’t worry about what anyone tells you you’re supposed to be doing. Join keto communities on insta, fb, Reddit, etc, there’s such a wealth of knowledge there for you to grab.
