Was feeling pretty down on myself this week. 2 yrs ago I squatted 2 plates for the first time and I haven't gotten past that yet. BUT I've had 2 surgeries in that time and I'm still love lifting every day. Here are today's top sets and feeling strong in everything. 4th day in a row lifting and only sore at night before bed and in the morning I feel fantastic! Amazing benefit of carnivore! Top sets from yesterday's DL. And a fail from today's OHP PR attempt. Not even mad about it! It's not even close to a weight I've touched in months and I bet I could've hit it today if I would've tried for as many reps as I could get as I increased the weight.
