🗣 Consistency is boring. Its not sexy. Its the continuous grind day in and day out. Its doing the little things to set yourself up for success. Its figuring out what ISN’T working, and replacing it with what WILL work.
Time after time.
Consistency is how you will reach your goals; whatever those goals are.
Out of consistency comes motivation and out of that: progress.

Here is a photo of my lunch that I’ve eaten almost every day for the last 32 days:
▪️5 ounces ground turkey
▪️100g of rice
▪️1 cup of broccoli (sometimes with mushrooms and peppers)
Its not sexy.
Its boring, actually.
But its consistent. And its tasty.
And its helps me know that I can rely on a solid post workout meal that will give me the protein and carbs I need. 🤙🏼
