After an amazing but long day I was a bit bummed to find out that the gym at my hotel was closed — I haven’t been lifting and I was so excited to finally get a session in and thought that was what I needed. I opted for a beach walk instead, and got there LITERALLY right in time to see the sun set!😭💖🌅 And guess what? I didn’t walk. I took my shoes off and sat in the sand and listened to the waves crash and watched the magic then stayed there for awhile in the stillness and THAT was what I really needed. What is it about sunsets and sunrises!? No matter where I am in the world, I find immense peace in them. It’s so important to exercise. It’s most important to never feel frustrated in yourself when you can’t get it in, and to take time to BREATHE and find joy in the little things. Just a little update! My time here in Aus has been crazy amazing and insanely busy as usual.😅 After working on some special things in Sydney I spent the last few days with my incredible @sweat fam at the HQ in Adelaide!! Now just landed in the Gold Coast.☺️ Feeling so blessed and thankful for your support! At home I would NEVER get up at sunrise and go for a run, but when I’m traveling it’s my favorite thing to do!😁🤗 I haven’t been able to keep up with my lifting sessions while away, but I have been doing about 30 minutes of cardio each morning and it helps calm my anxiety and start my day off on the right foot! Try not to stress about exercising — instead think of exercise as your time to help you RELIEVE stress. The benefits of physical activity go far beyond the physical.⚡️🖤www.kelseywells.com/app
