One thing I ALWAYS pack with me when I travel is a resistance band! I never know if I’ll be able to make it to the gym and this is the BEST piece of equipment to travel with as it is light and takes up basically no space in your bag! Oh yeah — and it is perfect for a KILLER workout pretty much anywhere. Like this one.💪🏼😏 Try 4 sets of 12 reps for each move!! HARDER THAN IT LOOKS!
