Today’s workout was amazing. The best therapy I could ever ask for. Strength training. Confidence training. Cardio training. Life training. I’m doing something new as far as blending my workouts into my personal and spiritual goals. New thought processes. New prayers. New fitness goals. 🙏🏻 🦋 🌷

I’ve always believed in the direct connection between physical fitness and personal success. That being said, I recently advanced in my organization into a management position. It’s my first time working at this level and I’m excited. I could tell right away it was going to be a transformational process! Learning, growing, changing and leading 🌿 Thankfully I’m surrounded by an amazing team of servant leaders. This is a new chapter in my life and I’m thrilled to write my own story. 🌿 💒 ⛵️

How I feel this morning 💁‍♀️

This shirt doesn’t lie. I worked very hard to get to where I am today and even though I’ve come so far, I really feel that I’ve only scratched the surface. In life, my fitness, my faith, my career.....I’m at a completely new level and I’m so excited about the climb.

Good morning ☀️ Heading in for my Saturday morning therapy 💪

Well....I dug my life out of this snow and finally made my way back to the gym. It felt so good to be back. You know that craving for the gym, that piece/peace of life that keeps you grounded? It’s the one place where I walk in and leave it all on the floor. ❄️🧘‍♀️❄️

❄️ Snow day cooking ❄️ Homemade chicken noodle soup, honey butter biscuits and brownies from scratch. It was my first time making brownies from scratch and they turned out amazing ❤️

I’m fascinated with herbs and how they benefit our bodies. Tonight in my rooibos tea I’m adding fresh ginger. The more I learn about ginger, the more I realize I should be using it. It’s an ancient root that is part of the tumeric family and has plenty of health benefits including aiding in digestive upsets, lowering blood pressure, fighting cancer and stimulation of the circulatory system. Rooibos is another amazing herb that prevents aging, stops headaches and insomnia. Nature, the original medicine 🌿
