Sunday afternoon and another proof of life snippet for my support crew 📽 keeping me honest. It's freezing here and I'm going to be honest my motivation is low. It was either walk outside and get started or it wasn't going to get done today. Still in my jeans and today's civvies, including ( out of shot & under jeans ) my long boots I ride the horses in. Hardly lifting attire! But like I mentioned it was important just to start today! Got it done...10 sets of front squats, not ordinarily a favorite movement for me but I must admit it's exhilarating as I get faster and faster out of the hole/bottom 😊 To Begin Begin
