I really couldn’t and wouldn’t be the person I am today without the influence of them. Either here in person or in heaven 😇, I’m grateful everyday for the guidance you all give me
Happy Father’s Day Dad, Bucka and Grandpa 💋💙

What else do you do on a Saturday in Home Depot when you’re bored AF?
Sit on the patio furniture and enjoy the awkward stares from people😎

Tonight’s dinner was nothing short of amazing 😋 •
I’ve been testing things out with my nutrition lately and I’ve been loving the combinations I’ve been coming up with! •
I’m still using the containers to portion out certain foods and eat about every 2-3 hours. However I’ve also been implementing parts of the new food freedom program and making sure my plate is veggies most and I’m always having water first 🤗 •
I know, it sounds like a lot of “work” but it’s really not! It’s being conscious about the food I eat and making options through the day ✅
When I eat better I feel better and that is definitely the best reward

Relentless. -
A momentum to keep moving and moving and moving no matter what happens. -
I’m asked quite often why I share my journey with everyone.
Why I do these exercises that look hard.
Why I choose a salad over a burger and fries sometimes.
Why I became a coach and empower people to take control of their health again. -
Because I’m relentless.. -
2 years ago when I was in the pit of depression. It came down to 1 decision... keep living this way- un happy, terribly un healthy and lose the things that meant the most to me or fight? -
I chose to fight because my relationships were more important to me than a slice of pizza.
My health was more important than multiple cookies.
My mindset and my mental health were so much more important than chips. -
I fought everyday to bring myself out of that sadness. To find the happy and the version of my I knew deep down was inside me.
I just had to be relentless..
This wasn’t an overnight project, it didn’t happen fast and I still fight like hell everyday. Good things don’t happen unless you work for them. -
Be relentless, be courageous and FIGHT for you! Get uncomfortable and take a risk. Sister, you’re worth it 💪🏻

This is excitement
This is happiness
This is passion
This is what coaching has brought me. -
This is the face of excitement as I get to travel to Chicago then Indianapolis ✈️ NEXT WEEK to see the ladies and friends that have supported me online for over a year now 🤗

We live in a world where we’re so go go go all the time 😓
Where we’re so busy taking care of others that we forget to take care of us.
We spend so much time feeling guilty that we didn’t do enough for others when we haven’t done anything for ourselves. -
How about for once, you took time to care for you? To put you first and become the best version of yourself? When will it be your time to say “enough is enough” and start living for you? -
That was the Kate on the left. Tired, fed up, broken, anxious, dealing with constant IBS.
That WAS her.
One day I decided enough was enough 🙅🏻‍♀️ and began living..
I am opening up 10 spots in my VIP Liift group for the summer.
Is this going to be your moment? Your “enough”? -
The link is in my bio, waiting for your enough moment ✨👊🏻

Think that it's fun, Katelyn , that you're guided, and that all is well; that there's time, that life is easy, and that the best has yet to come.
Think that the reasons that elude you will one day catch up, that the lessons that have stumped you will one day bring joy, and that the sorrows that have crippled you will soon give you wings.
Think that you're important, that you cannot fail, and that happiness always returns.
And think that you're beautiful, Katelyn .

I do, The Universe

Yesterday I took a time out from social to visit one of my favourite places, Grandpas Cottage 🏠
So much love for this place, it’s history and simple beauty/ calm. My heart is happy when I’m here and it was a perfect day to be there.
Spending time with family, away from my phone and taking in the sights and sounds there. Such a calming place 💕

Left over Taco meat from the night before always means Taco salad the next day 🌮🥙🤤 #tacosarelife

One year ago today:.....
- I was dealing with depression
- I weighed in at 214 lbs - I was overwhelmed by every aspect of my life
- I made very poor nutrition choices
- I felt trapped - I pushed away the people that meant the most to me -I hated the way I looked but didn’t make any moves to change it. - I made a decision to put that all to an end.... One year later:..... - I still deal with the depression, just in a healthier way 🏋🏻‍♀️
- I have lost 44 lbs ⬇️ and now weigh in at 170 lbs - I know take control over the things I can handle and let go of the stuff that I can’t
- I am apart of a community and support system that no matter what goes on, they’ve got this amazing power to motivate and encourage me to be my best self
-I make smart meal decisions now and don’t let food dictate my life anymore. Yes I still eat carbs and cake and drink wine I’m just more conscious of my decisions. - I push myself everyday to give my all in my workouts so that I don’t have to fight later in my life against all kinds of illnesses that are preventable. - I am grateful EVERYDAY -
The last year of my life has brought out SO much change and so much happiness. I didn’t know how this journey would go or if I’d even complete what I have so far but a little trust, determination and discipline sure has made me a better person. I don’t know where I’d be if I didn’t say “yes”.... I’m damn glad I did🤜🏻💥🤛🏻
