VITAL JUICES: TANGERINE+APRICOT - Barrel Aged Sour w/ Tangerines & Apricots (5.9%) - Collab w/ @perennialbeer. Saison with fresh orange zest, then aged in @roanokevineyards wine barrels for 10 months with our mixed culture and—for this first iteration—finished on tangerines and apricots. Bright & tangy citrus, light oak, long sour finish.
INFINITE BRAINS - Double Dry Hopped Double IPA (8.5%) - Collab w/ @sandcitybrewery. With elements from both our BRAIN ON HOPS and the Sand City INFINITY beer series (and a few fermentation tweaks), the final result stretches back along the space-time-continum to evoke some of the Vermont (and West Coast) IPAs that first blew our collective minds. Dank, juicy, and jam-packed with pineapple, lychee, and piney hoppiness. Relatively subtle haze (like, whoa... you can see through it!), with clean lingering bitterness on the smooth, dry finish. Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Idaho 7 hops. Infinitely drinkable.
DANGEROUS PRECEDENT - India Pale Ale (6.6%) - Our original hoptopus is back! Fully loaded with Mosaic, Azacca and Cascade hops. Juicy flavors of mango, apricot and orange, with opaque-peachy-haze and all kinds of deliciousness. We 💕 this cephalopod.
TOURIST TRAP - Cream Ale (5.0%) - Collab w/ @oysterbay. Originally brewed at the beginning of summer, we simply had to bring it back and put it in cans! Mostly true to the Cream Ale’s pre-prohibition-style origins. Pilsner malt and flaked corn for the base, with a healthy dose of Mandarina Bavaria hops in the kettle and fermented cool for lager-esque smoothness. An easy-drinking, lawnmower beer, perfect for crushing/shotgunning/sipping/alloftheabove.
