This is pure heaven to me. I've been taking the Amino Iv for a while and have noticed a huge difference in my recovery time after training. I'm starting Alphamine stacked with High Volume this week and excited to see what they have to offer. I cannot tell you how obsessed I am with this brand. My sister and I have decided to split leg day up into two days being quads and hamstrings/glutes so that we can get more overall volume and energy towards each muscle. So far this has worked out great and is giving us better results😊✔️

Yesterday's back/bi's day:
Assisted pull ups or regular pull ups are a great way to warm up your back and bicep muscles. I start out with light weight and then increase, I try to do this until failure. On my last set, I drop a set to really feel the burn. This is a great exercise to warm up your muscles👍🏼💪🏼

Took some shots with @christypfitness last week in Seascape👍🏼

Ended the day with a good shoulder/tricep/delt workout👍🏼
