One year ago, hundreds of people traveled from all over for a night of fun, laughter, music, & memories. A year ago my whole life changed. I never thought that living in a city full of surveillance & security, I could ever feel so unsafe.
It’s hard to forget the echoing sound of bullets raining down Las Vegas Blvd, the painful screams, & pure chaos...How does anyone forget it.. the smell, the sounds, the fear of it all..
I’m forever thankful that I was one of the lucky ones, I got to go home to my son that night. To this day I still mourn for all of those who didn’t make it through that horrific event. So much respect for everyone I know in Vegas who came together the following weeks and rebuilt the hope & love in our city!
No matter where I move, I’ll always hold Vegas in my heart. I still support the Second Amendment, I just don’t support sick monsters in this world.
