The #1 question I always get is how did I grow my hair so long and keep it healthy . There are a lot of things I’ve changed in my hair routine to achieve long healthy hair here are some of the main ones .. •
🌺 TRIM - I trim my ends as often as needed , my first year growing my hair out (2017) I had damage so I trimmed more often to get rid of the damage slowly , last year (2018) I didn’t have to trim as often because I already got rid of most of the damage •
🌺 Healthy Balanced Diet & Drinking lots of water ! - this is a MUST I don’t think people understand how important this step is . dehydration and a bad diet will slow hair growth . if you’ve been following me for awhile you know I use a nutrition system and it provides me with the vitamins and nutrients I need •
🌺 Deep Conditioning - benefits to deep conditioning in your hair care routine .. improves texture, reduces breakage/split ends, overall improvement on your hairs health •
🌺 Minimize heat - plain & simple . heat damages the hair shaft and ruins the curl pattern
