We 💛 our instructor team! Meet Matt Culley - chances are, you have seen Matt around! Matt has been with us for ✌🏼 years 🤗 and has recently stepped into the role of Assistant Club Manager at Emporium! He also teaches Pilates and starting tomorrow morning he will be taking on 7.30am Barre at Emporium!! Matt LOVES how Barre incorporates the principles of Pilates and the fun and gracefulness of Ballet. Have you always wanted to try meditation but find it difficult being still? Qigong Meditation is a Chinese practice dating back 3000 years which involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind.
We are VERY excited to be hosting a Qigong Meditation Workshop hosted by Resident Personal Trainer and Qualified Qigong Teacher - Adrian Miller.

Join our beautiful Yoga Teacher Jodi Sheafe tomorrow morning for 9.30am Yin at Prahran. This week, Jodi's class will focus on the opening of the back-line of the body (hips, hamstrings and low back) to help mobilise the spine and relieve low back pain. This focus on the back-line of the body will be to complement and balance last week's focus on opening the font-line of the body 💕🙌 We LOVE our instructor team💛
