You don’t have to spend a million dollars at all. Ways to save money on keto:
1.) Aldi is a favorite of many on keto. You can find many organic products and keto friendly items at a fraction of the cost.
2.) Produce or Farmer’s Markets. You will find more of a variety for much cheaper, and you can buy some items in bulk and freeze for later use.
3.) Buy less STUFF and more REAL FOOD. In any healthy diet, your body will react positively to clean foods in its natural state. Shop the outside perimeter of the grocery store, and skip all of the processed “stuff” in the middle section. Real food rules.
4.) Go to the grocery store with a game plan. Go with a satisfied stomach. If you go unprepared and hungry not knowing what you want to purchase, you will absolutely overspend.
5.) Hit up a butcher meat market. Better quality, and you can buy meat in bulk and freeze for future use.
6.) Keep it Simple! I know that we want to try every recipe that Pinterest has😂😂😂but you will kill your pockets trying to make every damn yummy keto treat you see. Stick to the basics!
And always remember.. you should absolutely not cut corners when it comes to the quality of the foods you consume. You put the best gas in your car, the finest clothes on your back, and the nicest shoes on your feet.. why shortchange what you fuel your body with? It will cost you more in the long run in regards to your health🤷🏽♀️ #fluffyaintforme #fa4meketochallenge #ketoonabudget
