Ok I've never done a transformation Tuesday before. But time hop showed me this picture on the left and I couldn't resist. Picture on the left was 2 years ago, picture on the right was this past weekend.
So what has changed? I still CrossFit as my form of working out, but when I'm there I push myself a bit harder than I use to (it's good to get uncomfortable sometimes). I have cleaned up my diet a ton! Really counting my macros and on weekends eating cleaner and drinking less. It does take sacrifices, and it does take hard work but honestly I feel it's most about consistency. Reward yourself every now and again, but let it be just that "every now and again." Push yourself a little harder than you use to. It's good for your body and mind to get out of your comfort zone sometimes. Crazy thing is I eat more now than ever before, but it's what I am eating. You can do more of a good thing. Pretty proud of my progress and don't anticipate slowing down.
