Ab roll out demonstration. I really enjoy and try to find these total body movements and incorporate them into my workouts whenever possible. Why not workout 20 plus muscles at one time. As for #diastasisrecti issues I let myself heal over 15 months before incorporating crunches and major movements. Now and forever - I listen to my body and I SQUEEZE MY PELVIC REGION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND FOCUS ON HOLDING MY CORE IN... but most importantly I listen to my body. Try this movement once - you don’t have to go all the way down or all the way out. Start with one...remember we are our own competition. #abs #spotter #demonstration #workout

When do we officially get to stop calling ourself newlyweds? What do you do for your spouse that you do because you love them? I am so in love my husband - I was watching him today while we worked out and thought to myself 🤔 I am so blessed to have a husband who workouts out me and endures a leg glute day with me doing the following movements not because he enjoys it but he enjoys spending time with me. I am vulnerable with him and tell him my thoughts, needs and what I am thankful for on the daily. I challenge you to sit down with your spouse and tell them what is important to you and why — also ask them what is important to them.

12 single leg squats each leg
12 step ups each leg
12 leg extension (you can use a chair or bench and a dumbbell between your feet)

We have so much fun in the gym together. He usually plays with his toys, watches a movie, has a snack or mimics what we are doing. I was just thinking about this but working out in front of him is so good! He counts with us he dances to the music, he will be used to workouts as he gets older, he is learning free time while we do something.

Last night he wanted to have a band too so we let him since it is not tight on him. He enjoyed it so much he counted along with me, followed me and tried to mimic what I was doing so precious!

ADD THIS GLUTE CIRCUIT to the end of any workout:

The Joy of the Lord is my Strength - #nehemiah 8:10 - I left for work this Monday Morning with laundry done, house clean, dishes done, meals prepped, dinners planned and my boys sleeping; great way to start my week.

I had to learn the hard way in life; what provides me peace and contentment is my relationship with the Lord not the actions I do.

No matter how “put together” my life is I am a true disastrous mess without him. I tired it my way for many years and even have everything “together” I was a lonely, anxious, crying, always felt something was missing and a depressed mess.

When I finally gave my life to the Lord and learned it was about the relationship and not a religious title is when true peace began to enter my life. I can do all things through Christ Jesus.

Forever I am grateful he left the 99 to come find me and bring me home; forever grateful for his love & grace.

I can confidently start my week because I know He is there with me ❤️ give Him all the praise. #mondaymotivation

There is so much beautiful, bright, sharp, in shape, well clothed, great appearance, hygiene on point, amazing, inspirational, motivational things occurring and being presented all around us literally every second.

When we begin to try and replicate what we see we realize it is harder than it looked and often get discouraged and after awhile get burned out or just don’t want to try anymore.

Whitlee started a 5 day Yoga challenge and she saw yoga photos and thought how hard can these be? Hard is what we both experienced so much harder than we it looked. We tried multiple times and with communication and teamwork we were able to nail some incredible shots this morning before she went to work.

Let the challenge the hardness drive you to practice, to try a little something each day each week, to set goals and get others involved in your journey. When Whitlee and I looked at the photos we created we made it look easy and so can you! Don’t let a little hard challenging work stop you from accomplishing your visions and goals.

Today was my rest day. After 4 days of lifting I want to take a day off.

Leg & Glute workout
Quick simple workout but OH what a burner. Had to sit down! I dont like taking photos of myself; not at all.

Split squat 12 to 15 superset with step ups 12 to 15 each leg

Wide squat 10 repetitions narrow squats 10 repetitions superset with 20 jump squats
