I had never done any type of training other than weight lifting and steady state cardio until I started working out at home. I'm now proud to say I'm experienced in SO many types of fitness besides that. Agility training, HIIT, barre, kickboxing, Tabata, Pilates, yoga, dance - you name it, I've probably tried it!
Loving this new program and how it's challenging me. It's so different!! Feeling good rolling into day 4! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Favorite move from today: Catchers Crawl โšพ๏ธ I love the rule in these workouts. It's, "try before you modify!" I'm super guilty of selling myself short in my workouts. I hear the next move and I'm like, NOOOPE! ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿป Homegirl can't hang. Gotta hit up the modified version. When in actuality, I never even gave myself a chance. I set myself up to mentally fail, when my body was ready to push limits.

Don't sell yourself short in life. Get up every morning and TRY before you chalk it up as a bad day. Try new things. Shoot for your dreams. The worse that can happen is that you learn a lesson that improves you as a person. The best that can happen is that you surprise yourself, and IMPROVE YOUR LIFE ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผโœจ

Woke up this morning TIRED, but motivated ๐Ÿ˜ The girls in my July Bootcamp are crushing it! 9lbs here, 17lbs there, 5lbs over there ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Losing it ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ There's an uplifting vibe in our Bootcamp, and I won't be quiet about it ๐Ÿ—ฃ We've hit the ground running!! Happy Wednesday friends!!

My diaper rash bandit is taking a random nap at 7pm ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ He fell asleep on my chest, what's a mom supposed to do?! It's gonna be a long night ๐Ÿ˜…
Buuuut I did get the entire house deep freakin' cleaned ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ About to mop, wash curtains, then get in a good glute workout before bed ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ because who doesn't like to work on their butt? ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Day 2 of THE SHIFT! โœŒ๐Ÿผโ™ฅ๏ธ You ask me why I do this, and I ask you, "why not?" If you're not constantly seeking a higher level of greatness and state, then you're doing yourself unjust. We have one shot at life. ONE. So why are so many of us so destructive to ourselves and those around us?! We carry so much self doubt and negativity in our hearts and spew it onto others. Don't be a crappy person. Start today. Be better.

Had a sleepover at Mum's since we are going to visit my brother in Punxsutawney, PA today, and I forgot my workout clothes ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Ninja Turtle boxers are cooler anyway, right? ๐Ÿข

A new day, a new week! In our July Bootcamp, we have already created new goals and planned out our week! And.. coach confession: Today was my day 1 of our July program! I just couldn't find the discipline to begin this program with my clients last Monday. But I didn't count myself out! Here I am, showing up! Remember, just because you a have a bad week, or maybe a bad month - never stop pushing forward โžก๏ธ

Sunday's are my family days โ™ฅ๏ธ My favorite day of the week. Church, food, family. So many people spend hundreds.. thousands of dollars, take days off work, travel hoursssss to hear the top leaders speak, but somehow can't make it 15 minutes down the road to their local church to hear the word of the greatest leader of all time.. #growinginthegospel
