RETURN OF THE EAMES! Last time I shot on this chair everyone was obsessed, same chair new look. Also, peep the new bralette TBL has...🖤 BTW this bralette actually has coverage to it, I’m all for the #freethenipple movement but some situations call for leaving more to the imagination or added shape & lift BUT it does double duty because you can easily remove the padded cups! for reference I’m wearing a size small paired with the 30-34 back strap.

Sometimes getting out of bed is the hardest part. Personally, I love going to the gym and being productive. I actually crave it, but getting up and getting started isn’t easy.

I’m not a full-time blogger/influencer. I spend 10+ hours daily at desk job only to go home, do the things I need to do, and still attempt to create content to do what I love. I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t exhausting. I’d also be lying if I said I didn’t get off track sometimes.

The point is we all do the things we HAVE to do, to be able to do the things we WANT to do and it can be a huge pain in the ass. Having a flexible routine helps create balance which reduces that overwhelming feeling stress brings. Lately I’ve been focusing on developing one healthy habit (on average it takes 21 days) at a time to add to my routine. I’m a huge fan of lists - make one of the things you have to do & want to do. Think about your day to day lifestyle, if you have to write it out by the hour. See where or how you can fit someone of the things you WANT to do in your need to do schedule. Time is something we only have so much of and it’s all too often we feel like we don’t have enough of it. Tomorrow I’ll probably be thinking how I didn’t have enough time over the weekend to do what I wanted to do forgetting about the three hours I’ve been sitting in bed watching YouTube this morning. NEWS FLASH procrastinator those three hours could’ve been used doing what you want to do to! Oh and let’s not forget you can multi-task. I could’ve very well still watched those YouTube videos I was interested while setting up my Christmas tree or doing my cardio. It’s about finding balance and making the most of the time we do have.

Another checked off the bucket list! Yesterday I watched my first game (of hopefully many) at Soldier Field with my dad. While we didn’t win - we still played a pretty good game. #makingmemories 🏈🐻

1. my shadow makes the wall look dirty & it’s kind of driving me insane #stressing
2. this pic has a @vsco filter on it that makes me look tanner and tanner = better (filter is essence 5, one of my favs)
3. there’s this sweet app - not free tho sry - called retouch and it removes things from the background with a swipe; like photoshop but less work. highly recommend if your a crazy OCD person like me 😋

I work hard for this. 💪🏽 Making progress, it feels good to be falling back in love with my passions all over again. Sometimes we just get a little lost along the way. Also, remember the gram is just the highlight reel peeps and you don't see the endless struggles behind the image... a tan enhancing filter, good pose, and smooth skin aren't your everyday reality (I wish!). 😉
