Haven't done one of these in a while and tbh I'm shocked. I stared at this picture for a good 3 minutes thinking "did I really do this?" It's crazy to me how much can change without even realizing it. After gaining a bunch of weight last year I felt like I had failed. My goals were non existent and I lost my way but it's no big deal! We are all human, we all make mistakes. Think about it... this life would be boring if we were perfect 100% of the time!

The only way you're ever going to get anywhere is if you do the things that scare you the most. When you step out of your comfort zone that's where the real growth happens🙏🏼 recently I've been doing some really fkn scaring things in my life. I think the part that scares me the most is the uncertainty of all the outcomes but worrying about them doesn't change anything! Always have faith in what you do, trust your gut, and NEVER give up 💖

Guys I haven't been to the gym in over a week👀Life has been getting in the way and that's totally ok.. but I can't wait to get back I miss it like crazy lol. Sometimes when I go too long without the gym I feel super unmotivated and lethargic but I found this quote that says "your attitude determines your direction" and I think it speaks volumes. If you look at everything in negative way it stops you from progressing any further. Find your motivation always be positive and good things will follow👣 #bepositive #loveyourself #happysaturday

I'm currently sitting at about 125-127ish and I'm really happy with the results that macro counting has brought me it's really helpful when it comes to tracking progress.. with that being said I can't wait to start bulking again. I've lost A LOT of muscle and dancing all night in the desert for 3 days straight on barely any food definitely doesn't help with that😂 I've been thinking about starting a YouTube to document my bulk, show the foods that I eat, etc. I think it would be really helpful for anyone who's just starting their fitness journey or needs some extra tips here and there. I have so much info that I want to share but I can't really get my point across on insta. Let me know if that's something you would benefit from! I'd love some feedback ❤️

Oh! I did my first cryotherapy session today (see insta story) and it felt amazazing😌 I have so much energy which is a good thing because I leave for vegas tomorrow morning and I still haven't even packed😅 I'd definitely recommend cryo to anyone who needs a little pick me up! It's supposed to relieve inflammation, increase energy and metabolism, flush toxins, and it releases a bunch of endorphins that boost your mood :) #happyhumpday #cryotherapy

Here's a leg workout that will grow the 🍑 and get that heart rate going💦💦 I just recently discovered this magical exercise with the trx.. it's way harder than using a bench for support because you have to really focus on keeping your balance.. also make sure you push through your heal to activate those glutess🤗🤗
