Tomorrow's pose is #hollowback. You can choose any variation you like (pincha, headstand, handstand), and the principle for all of them is the same; the only difference is the foundation. Make sure you have enough space to fully enter your deepest backbend. When you rest your sitting bones on the wall, push through your arms, forearms or head and open your heart. You can play with your leg variations and choose to leave your head neutral or look at the floor. So many options here! Oh...and for those amazing yogis who can do a hollowback without the wall...well...TEACH US 😂 .
