10weeks #postpartum and here we are consistent and focused to get back to pre baby shape. Sometimes I looked to other people journey and they seemed get back into prebaby body so much faster !! But I'm trying to focus on my own journey and stopped to look to others as not having pretty much any milk ( at the moment none) eating a really high amount of carbs to increase the milk production and not having a normal birth also didn't help my metabolism. Still 8 kilos to loose and I'm sure I will do it!!! I'm so glad that Greta loves watching me exercise and go for run with me !! I'm glad I'm managing to do all with her so I'm not loossing those precious moments, if I wouldn't be able to do my workouts with her I wouldn't be able to do it at all as we are always just me and her and Daddy arrives quite late. So I completely understand when mums saying that is impossible to workout having a baby .. what I can say is that isn't easy but isn't impossible you just need to do it even when you won't fell like and persist in create a daily habit. We all can do it !!! Pan fry oat bread
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 tbs of oat bran
1 tbs of wheat bran
A pinch of baking powder
I made my one with bressola , avocado , salad and tomato .But you can use the same recipe and made all sort of sandwich, I even use this recipe yo eat with burger.

My last bodyweight workout before get back to lift some weights. I prepare myself with mobility ,cardio and bodyweight workouts from 6 weeks post cesarian section . My first lower body workout after 7 weeks #postpartum and c-sectio section . I prepare my self carefully from the 4 week with lots of pelvic floor moves and mobility, trying to reconnect my muscles. Now is time from body weight exercises and some cardio and slowly getting back to my normal routine. It's really challenging find time to myself lately as Greta is a proper lady and extremely demanding.... But I do think is possible with a bit of time management get back to normal activities . I know that all us fell differently and some mums fell extremely tired but even a walk with your baby and some squats at the park is a way to start.

Diet doesn't need to be boring !! Try to make your salads more attractive to you...at the moment I'm trying do my best in terms of dieting but it will be a slow process as start a low carb diet can decrease the milk suply and be potentially dangerous while breastfeed. I'm breastfeeding and already don't have enough milk so off course no restricted sort of diet!!! Salad today was low In carbs as I had a high carb breakfast. Today is exactly 48 days after I gave birth and i when I will start with my normal activities . Since last week I started with gentle mobility moves and a few exercise with resistance bands to activate and reconnect my core muscles and memory. That's was my sequence of exercises at 39 weeks of my pregnancy and where I also started my first week post partum.
