Just under 6 weeks between the two photos πŸ™„ Left pic taken 12th July 2017, Right pic taken 19th August 2017... The shredz are real πŸ‘Œ!! I started this cut on the 22nd of May 2017... 13 weeks later, I've lost 3.5kgs and a whole lot of body fat! My first DEXA scan back in May I was sitting at 21% bf... Next DEXA scan will be in a few more weeks! Excited to see what changes (in numbers) I've made πŸ’™... The biggest changes in my physical appearance have taken place in the last 6 weeks... The first 6 weeks I felt like I was banging my head against a wall πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ 3 words for you.. Patience, consistency and commitment! πŸ”₯

U P D A T E: 9 weeks until Bali 🏝 Calories are getting low now.. I'm finding my gym workouts are a lot more grindy, I need more rest between sets and my muscles aren't recovering as quickly as before. However, despite this, I am still gaining strength throughout this cut and have managed to hit some volume PB's - last night I hit 2 sets for 5 reps at 90kg squats πŸ™Œ! Getting to sleep and staying asleep has been difficult, I'm waking up hungry and empty πŸ˜”... My moods have been pretty good and I've become comfortable with the feeling of hunger. I've been very compliant throughout the week, and have been allowing a bit more flexiablity over the weekend πŸ’– Shredding is never an easy journey, but the end result is always worth it πŸ’― Looking forward to reversing out of this defict and enjoying all the foods on my holiday πŸ”πŸŸπŸ•πŸΈπŸ¦@jbcoaching πŸ‘Š
