It's been 17 days since I had my accident. In all honesty the first week I lost my mojo, and was extremely upset over it all. I binge ate to excess.. and my body didn't respond to well at all. I had a lot of water retention, bloating and was super uncomfortable. I decided to change my outlook and try to find positives in the situation. I picked myself back up, dialled in my nutrition and started doing little walks when I could to move my body! I am a lot softer than normal. But I am recovering and healing well and that's the most important thing! Here's to a badass scar and embracing your body at every part of your journey! Hopefully I'll be able to move a little more freely this week!!

It was my first session back today training my lower body.. how I've missed that pump! As my strength has decreased, I decided to do a volume type session working in supersets and tri-sets. Just to get the blood pumping and my muscles moving again!! 12x back squat touch and go β€’ 20x kick back cross overs, 10x cable kick backs (6 ROUNDS)

I'm on my come up πŸ’―πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ
