One of the hardest skills to master is confidence..

This is one of the biggest struggles that I see working in the fitness industry...I get dm's all the time from people saying that they really need help with training or nutrition but will fail to take the initiative.. And I KNOW the reason is much more complex than just feeling unmotivated. What I've realized is that the failure of attempt comes from a lack of confidence in oneself.
.
I think that a lot of people may not realize that confidence isn't something we are naturally born with it's something that we have to work on developing. So, how do we do that ??

I want you to understand something.. confidence is a result of taking ACTION. Confidence is the willingness to TRY. I can guarantee that if you make even just the smallest effort each day to TRY, it WILL lead to the feeling of significance. Because when we see ourselves being the kind of person who takes action we know that we can count on ourselves..and even though being able to physically see the results of our hard work is the ultimate goal.. it isn't ALWAYS about a getting a result right away.. Think of it more as the level of effort that you GIVE towards achieving that goal on a consistent basis. Ask yourself how well you showed up today and notice what a massive impact the power of persistence creates๐Ÿ‘Š

Bella is so fired up now that she's doing barbell squats ๐Ÿ”ฅ Coming all the way from not even able to do a body weight squat with good form this chick has made BIG improvements in her strength!
We've had to spend a bit of time working to build up her endurance, improve knee valgus and weak core before we could get her under a bar.. She's set a goal of being able to squat her own body weight on the bar for reps and I know she'll get there soon cause she's very consistent ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜‰ #PMF #BarbellSquats #BoxJumps #lowerbodyworkout #lowerbody #strength #strengthgains #coretraining #endurance #consistency #keepgrinding
