Comfort food for a rainy day😍
2 potatoes, 1/2 onion cut and cooked for 25 mins on 180 degrees. (Don’t forget to add coconut oil and some spices for flavor, I use paprika)

For the healthy dip,
Mash 1/2 avo with lemon juice, add some organic hummus to thicken if prefered😍 Voila

Salmon is a brilliant source of omega 3 fats,a perfect pick me up on a rainy day 😍😍

Great way to start the day, toasted gluten free bread spread with Lisas basil pesto hummas. Topped with avo and cooked salmon, full of healthy fats, oils and protein 😍
