an absolute London gem, Regency Cafe; get shouted at by the owner, wait for ages, but it is simple, classic, good breakfast.

crazy to think it’s been one year since I left Cafe Murano; working with @angelacooking and @samanthaannwilliams was ever so vital in shaping my career, my principles and my work ethic as a chef, I’m forever grateful.

I’ve still got many gazelles to eat, I’m happy to run faster and work harder for that prize.
