Today is day 1 of my Whole30. Who’s joining me!? To make it easy on myself, I’m following my own “Whole30 Meal Plan & Shopping List” that started as a project I put together for YOU GUYS... but I’m loving it too for simplifying this process 🙌🏼 It has breakfast, lunch, & dinner all laid out for 5 days. As far as my “WHY”: I’m 3 months post partum, and this felt like my time! Of course I wouldn’t mind losing those last 10 pregnancy pounds, but besides that - here are some of my goals!
1. To get back in the habit of cooking all of our meals.
2. To re-hone my awareness of sneaky sugars in my diet.
3. To eliminate some pesky dry patches on my body (eczema / psoriasis-ish? They are not cute!) 4. To help support my hormones getting back to their “normal state” after pregnancy & birth.
5. To push myself & my health up a little higher on the priority list.
