This is an oldie-but-goodie recipe that I could eat all year long... but with Easter upon us, they are now a must!

They start with a cookie bar "crust" and are frosted with a dairy free cream cheese frosting... and they are DREAMY.

2. To re-hone my awareness of sneaky sugars in my diet.

3. To eliminate some pesky dry patches on my body (eczema / psoriasis-ish? They are not cute!) 4. To help support my hormones getting back to their “normal state” after pregnancy & birth.

5. To push myself & my health up a little higher on the priority list.

The other day I posted about my freezer friendly breakfast sausages and these bad boys were on the plate. Let’s just say no one cared about the sausages! 😆🤤 I totally get it, I’m a bread/muffin girl all day long and MISS IT when eating grain free.

The weather is feeling summery (at least for today… then I think we’re expecting rain again!) But while it lasts, it’s got my mind on grilling season!

These Whole30 Marinated Chicken Thighs are so delicious, and easy to thrown on the grill OR in the oven.

My favorite part about them is hands down the marinade. Try it on any cut of chicken, shrimp, salmon, pork chops, you name it. It’s super fresh & full of flavor- I use it on everything!

My favorite thing to have on hand in the freezer for breakfast is hands down- these Breakfast Sausage Patties (pictured here with some scrambled eggs in ghee + my no corn “cornbread muffins” which are 🙌🏼)! They’re super easy to make, Whole30 compliant if you omit the maple syrup (it’s just a tiny bit but I like the flavor it gives!), and freeze so well to keep on hand for easy breakfast.

We also get our pre-made sugar free sausage from @butcher_box and love the clean ingredients and good quality pork they use.
