I seriously did not realize how much I missed having fun making food for 2, itโ€™s my jam ๐Ÿ’ I ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ˜ So as requested here are sample meals from #3weeks out, and a few of my FAVORITE condiments that are NOT Walden farms ( seriously spent way too much $ on that stuff)

To make It even easier those disposable containers were only six dollars at BJโ€™s for a pack of 50 and this probably took me only 90 minutes.... best tips to prep for bikini.. and then someone who does NOT wear bikinis lollllll๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿฅ—Stick with the basics ( chicken, turkey, whole veggies, salad greens), then add calories and flavor with the condiments and spices, baking them or air fryer ๐Ÿฅ—Use the #josephlavashbread wraps that have 16 carbs for the ENTIRE wrap , and a cult following and in the skillet fold up the meats and condiments for low carb toasted โ€œ chalupasโ€ ๐Ÿฅ—I found those Disposable little dressing containers at Walmart for only two bucks and itโ€™s a great way to measure out condiments.You donโ€™t overdo it calorie wise and also make it easier for travel , Honestly theyโ€™re basically great for everything ... lol even cosmetics #lifehack ๐Ÿฅ—Mixing protein powder and Greek yogurt as I did in the containers on the left makes this amazing cookie dough consistency of a meal that has double the protein and taste like dessert. I mix in powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, and pieces of quest bar and seriously itโ€™ll satisfy your sweet tooth

About two months before my divorce was finalized last year my body started to break down from the stress, not so awesome things were happening to me... I had 2 bleeding ulcers, I was very underweight even after reversing from prep, and probably half of my hair fell out from all the breakdowns and sleepless nights.. Itโ€™s amazing the wonderful and awful things your mind can actually do to your physical body.. My reason for sharing this is to show you that in time as you care for your body it will heal.. Not sure if you can see from this iPhone X photo but I have thousands of 2 inch thick hairs all over my head.. I remember crying when I saw them, as if to say with some self love, positive vibes, and the intention to heal, you can restore any body to an even better state than ever... Thank you to @avhairco for always making me feel beautiful on the outside, and @mymetaphysicalmaven for helping me heal my inside ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒˆkeep going you guys, best is always yet to come!!!!

Happy Saturday....instead of alcohol I've been making a few creations for @questnutrition ...they were kind enough to send me a few cases of the new #peanutbutterbrowniesmash ....I really had a moment thinking they sent them to the wrong house loll..but whatever it's here and it sure did not disappoint...yes I eat this 6 weeks out....Quest "cookie dough"

170g non fat Greek yogurt
Stevia
1 scoop @questnutrition vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract

I microwaved the quest bar for 10 sec, then cut it into eight pieces and rolled it into little cookie dough balls. Mix the other ingredients together, split into 2 batches, macros are ;

Happy Friyay....we all made it!! Spending Friday evening hip thrusting....got a babysitter....I literally had about 32 minutes to get it done, so obviously I supersetted my entire workout, no breaks.....which brings me to some Friday night thoughts.. ..no matter what your life situation, how hectic it is, if you want to compete, babygirl you ABSOLUTELY CAN... Best momma tips ๐Ÿ‘™I get my cardio in before Isabella wakes up in the morning, so I can squeeze in a lift and superset it later on ๐Ÿ‘™Macros might have to be a little lower, water higher, but you can do this working out 4/5 ร— a week ๐Ÿ‘™It's not all heavy, in fact I've had the best booty gains with lighter resistance, no injuries ๐Ÿ‘™most of my meals for the week are in my work fridge, no need to rush or forget them ๐Ÿ‘™Get a posing suit, take before pics. Back to food posts....so I've been in and out of prep for almost 3 years now. Yes I eat chicken, fish etc.... but let's be honest the same thing day in and day out gets really old. I've seen my fair share of competitors binging backstage on candy, cookies, donuts....its really hard mentally when you spend months going without certain foods ...When you avoid them it almost becomes a mental game that you have to have them at some point.

Im at a point now where I'll only buy low or no carb bakeable protein. I can't bake it, I don't buy it... I've tried to bake with almost all of them, @Pescience and @questnutrition
Are the only two when combined with a little baking powder fluff up and bake almost just like flour.

Quest I mix in with non fat Greek to make pudding consistency of whatever flavor.
