I incorporate at least one day per week where I don’t eat any meat. I think it’s great for your body and mind and as I always say, the key is to change things up so your body is always guessing and doesn’t know what’s going on. Last night I broke my #intermittentfast by whipping up a delicious egg/veggie quiche😋

Recipe.
.
Pan fry in butter/ghee or coconut oil:

▪️ginger ▪️mushrooms
▪️artichoke ▪️broccoli
▪️spinach or any other veggies you like ▪️use your preferred spices .
Put the veggies in a skillet and add 4 whisked eggs on top, stir it, so everything comes together nicely. Bake for 25min at 350. You can add the last 5min cheese on top, in case you like dairy (I do 😜)

I also mashed one avocado and made a guacamole as a side dish.

.
Top the whole situation with nuts and seeds of your choice and enjoy it;) .
It’s super easy and delicious.

Broke my fast yesterday with that big ass salad. Took me about 10min to whip it up. You don’t need to spend much time, energy or money to eat healthier as you do right now. It’s about starting and sticking to it till it becomes a habit and you automatically include healthier foods into your diet.
