Estima Lock attempt: probably not the smartest submission attempt - trying to sub an ADCC Champ with a foot lock but hey you gotta try!

Well tonight was a massive disappointment!!! Losing a split decision is never fun. I can't thank @flograppling enough for all the hype work they put into the event and @f2wpro for taking a risk on me by giving me the opportunity to head line the event. Yuri is a tough competitor and I have the up most respect for him and wish him the best in his career. I hope everyone enjoyed the match. I tried my best to keep moving knowing that no matter how much he passes or gets to the back doesn't matter it was about submission attempts only. Overall I feel like I achieved my goal of putting on a good show for the people. Thanks.

Sometime you just have to find a way and learn to move weight by any means. Men's goal: 30,000kgs in 1 hour - Women's goal: 20,000kgs. Let's get it done @scottyg003

People always asked what I did after the Olympic Games. I bought the best dog in the world I search for three years to find the right breeder and look and finally found him. @trapperthebulldog my gift to myself after the Olympics.

Last year on this day I woke up and told my coaches "I'm going to shock the world" with that we all smiled and got into an elevator and together we did it. I became an Olympic Silver Medalist! The journey was long and painful sometimes even life threatening, but through it all together we stayed strong and persevered through everything life through at us. I can't begin to thank the people in my life enough for the support in helping me see this through. I know it's not easy, nothing in life worth it ever is!

Team getting an opportunity to learn from one of the best just players here in Canada a multiple Olympic Medalist and World Medalist. No matter how big the competition is always challenge yourself an always learn!
