@autumn_olive_farms pork chop, peach bbq, cabbage and corn slaw, koji onion rings. Special @heritagerva this weekend

Whipped @autumn_olive_farms "pork butter". Leaf lard rendered and steeped with basil, parmesan rind, thyme, garlic, onion. Chilled then whipped.

Persimmon, anise hyssop, green beans and corn all doing great so far in our garden at home. (Other than the massive Japanese beetle explosion)
